Founded in 1998, Galt Foundation is a self-sustaining 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides staffing by pairing skilled people with disabilities with jobs. Its vision is to help create a world in which every person is valued for their ability. Over the past twenty years, Galt Foundation has employed more than 25,000 people, making it one of the largest staffing organizations of individuals with disabilities in the world.
